With travel being such a fundamental part of First Face Ltd.’s business model, the firm is keen to advertise their latest travel plans, which will see them cross international borders.

The Nottingham-based sales specialists recently travelled to London to attend an advanced leadership seminar. The class, which took place on Saturday 18th March, was attended by a number of prolific sales and marketing firms. Held at the Hilton London Bankside, a popular choice for business and leadership tutorials, First Face Ltd.’s CEO Paul Sandhu has praised the seminar as highly beneficial for the company: “We were grateful to hear from insightful guest speakers. We picked up leadership tips which will help us develop at First Face Ltd. and maximise productivity.” Six guest speakers hosted the event, and a range of topics were covered. First Face Ltd. found it to be an invaluable networking opportunity. They were able to connect with experienced business professionals, gaining inside knowledge on how to conduct proper leadership habits.

The firm travels on a regular basis for networking purposes, business meetings, seminars, workshops, and to conduct market research. However, First Face Ltd.’s latest travel plans are set to take a few lucky team members overseas. The firm will be running performance-based competitions for winners to take part in the trips around the world. This includes an R&R trip to Ibiza in the summer, as well as a trip to New York to connect with industry leaders.

Company trips can be an exciting learning experience for any professional in the sales and marketing industry. Beyond a good chance to network, retreats give perspective on how to progress as a business. First Face Ltd. values any chance to learn and absorb new information, while realising it is crucial to take the time to process new information and integrate it into their business initiative. Outings can prove a valuable investment. The most obvious things can go amiss if a company’s directive is too caught up in its immediate surroundings.

From day trips to holiday retreats, First Face Ltd. is always looking for new ways to inspire and energise their workers. The company offers regular travel opportunities to their contractors because they understand the benefit of rewarding team members to the success of the business as a whole. Though today’s business world is making it increasingly difficult to find a balance between work and life, marketing consultancy First Face Ltd. is one exception.
