Paul Sandhu, Managing Director of Nottingham’s premier sales and marketing firm First Face Ltd., made time to travel down to London last month, taking part in an exciting project to promote the importance of mentoring.
A recipient of mentoring himself, Paul was happy to be involved in the project, which aimed to highlight the powerful impact mentoring can have on aspiring entrepreneurs as they advance in the sales and marketing industry. Appearing in a professional capacity, the business owner spoke about his experience as a mentee, how it educated him and aided his self-development journey.
Always eager to make time in his busy schedule for travel opportunities, Paul enjoyed his time in London, seeing it as a fantastic opportunity to network with contacts his associates and contacts in the capital. He believes others in the industry are able to provide insightful information into how the London market differs from business in the Midlands, giving both parties a chance to share ideas and strategies.
“It was a very worthwhile trip, and I greatly enjoyed taking part in such an important project,” Paul disclosed, “I was honoured to be invited to weigh in on the subject of mentoring, and I look forward to getting involved in similar projects in the future.”
The Nottingham-based event sales and marketing firm First Face Ltd. works with the sole purpose to grow and expand their business. The environment they have created is very competitive; however, it is also a place to grow and develop personally. Paul Sandhu explains that at First Face Ltd.’s individuals are encouraged to learn and seek the support and guidance they need to become successful in sales and open up and run their own successful business one day.
