Managing Director Paul Sandhu has revealed his plans to visit Las Vegas later this year, taking the firm’s top performing brand representative with him as a reward.
To celebrate the sales and marketing firm’s outstanding success this year, Paul wants to join associates from the industry on an R&R trip to the famous Nevada strip and plans to invite First Face Ltd.’s best-performing individual.
Paul admits this trip has been a long time coming, having wanted to offer his staff a chance to win a place on an international trip for the last year or so. The business owner hopes to incentivise his workforce with this once in a lifetime travel opportunity, reporting; “I want to show my team members if you commit to your goals and give it everything you’ve got, you will be rewarded!! To keep them motivated and working towards their goals I want to show them that this industry offers many amazing benefits and rewards.”
Based on performances this year, Paul will be choosing the hardest working brand ambassador from the First Face workforce to take along on the Las Vegas adventure. “The plan is to see the year out with this truly memorable trip,” he exclaimed, “I am going to be selecting someone I have seen consistently working to the best of their ability throughout the year.”
